In loving memory of my son, Jake, who passed away on November 2, 2024 at the age of 11, we began an annual Jake's Force Day on November 2, 2025. Jake was our Jedi. In Star Wars, there’s a beautiful belief that when someone passes, they become one with the Force — their light, energy, and love flow through the universe, touching everything and everyone. We believe Jake’s light is still here — in the laughter he inspired, the kindness he shared, and the love he left behind. Through this project, we want to keep that light shining by encouraging our community to spread kindness, just as Jake always did. Each act is a spark in the Force — keeping Jake’s spirit alive through love and compassion. Please share your kindness using #TeamJakeForever and #JakesForceDay so we can see how Jake’s light continues to shine across the galaxy. Our community, and people from all over the world helped us "light it up for Jake" in his darkest days, and we would like to keep spreading Jake's light with this event.
